Here’s how it works:
Guests will be seated comfortably with relaxing music provided, and aromatherapy upon request. Most group sessions are conducted using ear needles which guests will rest with for 25-30 minutes. Ear needles are only inserted on the outer part of the ear, never inserted into the ear canal. Participants are free to move around and use their hands throughout the session.
